In 10xWinners OKR software, objectives and key result recommendations are provided by AI-driven methods while establishing your OKRs. 10xWinners OKR guidance feature analyzes the given objectives and key results based on the scores and a few factors to provide relevant OKR suggestions.
When entering your objectives, our AI-powered system will provide you with a score specific to each objective. This score is determined by our AI, considering factors such as the clarity, level of ambition, and feasibility of the objective. To obtain an AI-driven score for your objective, it is essential to input a note consisting of at least 30 characters.
To get suggestions for objectives, click on the AI Suggestion icon. Then a suggestion panel appears and here you can view a list of suggestions for this objective along with the scores. You can choose any one suggestion from the list and then set the objective. To get more suggestions, edit the objective and click on the AI Suggestion icon.
If you want to modify the already-entered objective, open the edit objective panel. Here you click on to view a list of suggestions with the scores. You can choose any one suggestion from the list and then set the objective. To get more suggestions, edit the objective and click on the AI Suggestion icon.
The steps you follow here are similar to adding the objectives and receiving suggestions as above.
