The 3-Step Process Flow

In this application, you'll go through a three-step process so that your team and department can execute better. Initially, tap on the "Profile icon" available on the top right end of the screen (Main menu). A popup menu window opens immediately below the Profile icon with the "Create New" option.

Setting Up Your Organization

When you click on "Create New Organization", you'll be taken to the first step of the process - Set up Your Organization. Here, you can enter your organization details such as Organization Name, Organization Strength, Experience Level in OKR, Business Type, and Adding Vision Statement. Then go to the next step.

Creating Your Departments or Teams

In the second step, you can Create Your Department. Here you can choose a Department Icon according to the Department Name you enter in the given field. Just tap on the "Add Department" icon, if you want to include another department or the "Remove" icon to delete any department. Then go to the next step.

Inviting Users to Your Organization

In the third step, you can Invite Some of Your Users from different departments or teams by entering their email ID and pressing enter. Then click on "Invite" to include them in your organization.

An invitation link will be sent to your users' email addresses. By clicking that link, they can join your organization. Now, a new organization has been created by you.
