Manage Organization

Manage Organization is an activity where your organizational goals are achieved by preparing the processes with available resources. It allows you to preset and adjust your organization settings which can affect your whole organization. Organization owners can take full control over these activities happening in the organization to manage and administer them conveniently.

Organization Settings

Go to Manage Organization settings by clicking on the icon available on the top right of the screen.

General

Under Organization Settings in Manage Organization, you have the General settings. In General, you have sections such as Organization Name, Organization Logo, Primary Address, Organization Owners, and Administrators.

To enter your Organization Name, click the “Edit icon” shown in the below image.

Then enter your organization’s name in the below shown field and tap on the update button to add the organization name in this section.

Organization Logo

Next comes the Brand logo. Add your brand’s logo by tapping on the "Upload" buttons based on the below mentioned sizes, supported file types and required dimensions for the images.

If you want to edit your small and large brand logo images, click on the images. Then an edit window will appear instantly. Within the edit window, you have options to zoom in and zoom out the image, upload a new image, set the image’s background color, rotate the image left and right, and reset the changes made to the image. After editing your brand logo images, you can save the changes done by clicking on the “Update” button available below the edit options.

Organization primary address

Then add your Organization’s Primary address. To add the primary address, click on the “Edit” button available on the right side of this section.

Enter your Organization’s Primary address in the below shown field and then tap on the "Save" button.

Organization owners and administrators

In the Organization Owners and Administrators section, you can view the owners and administrators for this organization. You can also manage all your users by clicking on the link "User management".

Then the user management link takes you to the Users section in Organization Settings.
