Slack is essentially a messaging app that is meant for workplaces and teams which can be employed over multiple platforms and devices. Slack is outfitted with rich features that will allow you to chat one on one with teams and groups. Integrate with other products and services. Also, share & upload files here.
Slack integrations refer to the capability of connecting and integrating Slack, a popular team communication platform, with various other tools, services, and applications. These integrations enable users to extend the functionality of Slack and enhance their workflow by seamlessly incorporating external services and automating tasks.
Slack offers a wide range of integrations that allow users to connect with tools they commonly use, such as project management software, customer support platforms, file storage services, collaboration tools, and many others. These integrations enable users to access and interact with external tools directly within the Slack interface, eliminating the need to switch between different applications. By integrating Slack with external services, users can:
Centralize Communication: Slack becomes a hub for team communication by aggregating updates, notifications, and alerts from various integrated tools into one place. This helps to streamline communication channels, reducing the need for constant context switching.
Automate Workflows: Integrations enable the automation of routine tasks and workflows. Users can set up triggers and actions that automatically perform certain actions based on predefined conditions, such as posting updates, creating tasks, or sending notifications, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Slack integrations provide users with the flexibility to customize their Slack experience, adapt it to their specific needs, and connect with the tools they rely on most. This helps to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance overall productivity within teams.
To integrate the 10xWinners OKR app with Slack, you should go to Manage Organization in the main menu of the app. Then click on the Integrations section under organization settings.
Here you can view the Slack integration card. Then tap on the "Slack integration card".
Now you can see this page with the Slack app in active status. Below you can see the Overview and Configuration buttons. If you click on "Overview" you can see all the details about integrations. Then tap on the "Integrate" button to get integrated with Slack.
Now a pop-up appears in the Slack page. Here the 10xWinners Inc requests permission to accesses itself and it requires a channel to get posted as an app.
Then click on "Search for a channel" drop down menu to select a channel.
Select a channel and then click on the "Allow" button.
Now you can view the selected channel appearing below the Channel Configuration in the app page.
By clicking on this "Add New Channel" button, you can be able to add a new channel.
Then type in a new channel name in the field below Add New Channel. Then tap on "Add & Authorize" button. Then click on "Configure".
Now the authorized channel name has been added here and then click on this "Allow" button.
You can see that the given new channel name appears below the Selected Channel and this channel has been successfully added to Slack. You can also add a new channel by tapping on the "Add New Channel" button. To change the channel, you can click on the Change Channel link available near the new channel.
Choose another channel from the channel name drop down menu. Then click on the "Allow" button.
Now you can view the channel name you have just changed.
Now Slack integration is done for this Organization.
Go to Organization OKRs and then you perform any activity on any Objective or Key Result.

Go to any department in the main menu and click on the 3 dotted icon on the top right corner of the screen. Immediately a box will show up with options to manage that department. Then tap on "Manage Integrations" from the options.
This will take you to the Integrations page where you can see this Slack card. Then tap on this card.
Now a pop-up appears in the Slack page. Here 10xWinners Inc requests permission to access itself and it requires a channel to get posted as an app. Then click on the channel drop down menu to select the preferred channel. Select a channel and then click on the "Allow" button.
Now you can view the selected channel appearing below the Channel Configuration in the app page.
By clicking on this "Add New Channel" button, you can be able to add a new channel. Then type in a new channel name in the field below Add New Channel. Then tap on the "Add & Authorize" button. Then click on "Configure".
Now the authorized channel name has been added here and then click on this "Allow" button.
You can see that the given new channel name appears below the Selected channel and this channel has been successfully added to Slack. You can also add a new channel by tapping on the Add new channel button. To change the channel, you can click on the "Change Channel" link available near the new channel.
Now Slack integration is done for this Department.
Perform any activity on any Objective or Key Result of this Department.
Here you can view the Slack workspace showing the activity performed in the Department OKRs for the channel you have selected already.
Currently, if your plan is not supported to avail the feature of Slack and wish to access it, you need to upgrade the plan. As an organization admin, you can initiate this process by following the steps given below:
Visit the "Manage Organization" section in the Main Menu and navigate to the "Billing" page within the application.
Then click on the "Manage subscription" button to take you to the payment page. Here tap on the "Update plan" button and choose a suitable plan to enable this integration feature. Once your plan upgrade is completed successfully, your organization will have the Slack integration feature enabled.
