Organization domains

In Manage Organization, you have the section "Domains" under Organization settings. In this section, you have these two sub-sections Organization domains and Domain user restrictions. Now let's see how to add an Organization's domain in the Organization domains section.

To add a domain name, click on the "Add a domain" button available on the right end of the section.

In this dialog box, you can enter the domain name in the field as shown below in the image.

If the domain name you provide is incomplete or has a wrong extension, it becomes invalid. Then a warning message will appear in red as shown in the image below.

When a valid domain name is entered in the field, it will allow you to add it. To add the domain name, tap the "Add domain" button available below dialog box.

Now, success message will appear displaying the message that your entered domain has been added successfully. Then you must verify the domain name to start using the domain's features. To verify the domain, you should click the "Verify domain" button available below the message as shown in the image below or you can verify it later by clicking the "Verify later" link.

Then another dialog box pops up instantly for the domain verification process. Follow the instructions mentioned in this pop-up box. Then copy the CNAME record into the DNS configuration. Then click on the "Verify domain" button available below the given instructions as shown in the below image. Then your domain name will be verified successfully.

If a dialog box appears with an error message mentioning that some error has occurred, remove and add the domain name again.

If the status shows unverified, try to re-verify the domain. To verify the domain again, tap on the "Verify" button.

Again, the dialog box pops up instantly for the domain verification process as shown earlier.

To delete or remove the added domain name, click on the "Remove" button as shown in the image below.

After clicking the remove button, confirmation dialog box pops up for confirmation. Click "Yes, remove the domain" button below the message to confirm the domain name removal process as shown in the image below.

Now the added domain name has been removed successfully.

Alert: The status of one or more domains still needs to be verified. Please verify it. When all the domains are verified, this alert notification will disappear automatically.
