ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer) is an AI chatbot created and developed by Open AI and launched on November 2022. It is an LLM (Large Language Model) trained on a huge quantity of language data to generate human-like text results from the given input. The GPT model can answer and help you with tasks like writing content, essays, songs, programming codes, composing emails, and more.
To generate GPT templates for Organization or Department, you can navigate to the Organization OKRs or Create new department options in the main menu. If you tap on “New department”, a window will open immediately on the right side of the screen. Here you can enter a department name and click on “Create” to create a new department.
Next, you can choose the 10xWinners OKR Templates or GPT OKR Templates from both areas as shown below.
When tapping on “GPT For OKR Suggestions”, a Templates window will open on the right side of the screen. Click on the “10xW Templates” if you want to view the pre-defined OKR templates for the related department names listed below.
When tapping on GPT Templates, you can view some example suggestions with a search field available below to get the GPT generated OKR templates.
Type a related query within the search field and tap on “Send” to get the GPT-generated OKR templates.
During the GPT generation process, if you want to stop it, you can click on “Stop Generating OKR Suggestions”.
After the process is completed, you can see the GPT-generated OKR templates for your usage. If you want to remove all the templates, tap on “Clear all” available near the search field below. If you want to use any template, then click on “Choose this template” to select the template for your department.
Now you can view the GPT-generated OKRs added to your department.
