# Individual or Personal OKRs

Individual or Personal OKRs are the goals set for a manager or employee of an organization that measures success by employing metrics that are meaningful and relevant to the individual or a person. Individual OKRs should be specific, time-bound, and mostly achievable according to the business work impact. Collaborators, departments, quarters, and check-ins are not involved in individual OKRs.

### Establishing My OKRs

To establish Individual or Personal OKRs, you can navigate to the **My OKRs** option in the Main Menu. Here you can choose the pre-defined templates and add your OKRs similarly to establishing your Organization and Department OKRs. Refer to Establishing OKRs above for further processes.
