Individual or Personal OKRs are the goals set for a manager or employee of an organization that measures success by employing metrics that are meaningful and relevant to the individual or a person. Individual OKRs should be specific, time-bound, and mostly achievable according to the business work impact. Collaborators, departments, quarters, and check-ins are not involved in individual OKRs.
To establish Individual or Personal OKRs, you can navigate to the My OKRs option in the Main Menu. Here you can choose the pre-defined templates and add your OKRs similarly to establishing your Organization and Department OKRs. Refer to Establishing OKRs above for further processes.
