Billing

In Billing, you can view your Current Plan, User License, Purchase, Plans & Pricing details. In Plans & Pricing section, you can see our packages and costs with monthly & yearly subscriptions. Tap on "Change" to upgrade the below Licenses, if you want to add more users to your current plan. Click on "Manage Subscription" to update your current plan, payment methods, and billing information.

Even you can purchase or update your plan from the Pricing section of the 10xWinners website. If you click on the "Get Started" button in the Free plan and the "14 days free trial" buttons in the Standard and Enterprise plans, it will take you to the Registration page of this app.

Here is the Registration page of the app.

For the "Billing" section of the app, in Plans and Pricing, can use the plan for free from 1 to 10 users. In the Standard plan, you can add from 11 to as many users as you need for a month or a year. For this, you can increase or decrease users by tapping on the "-" or "+" buttons available for the function "Select User Strength" as shown below. Hence when the user strength is increased, the pricing is decreased. For user strength 51, the pricing is shown below.

Similarly, for user strength 101, the pricing is shown below.

Similarly, for user strength 501, the pricing is shown below.

When you select the Enterprise plan, a message box will appear on the screen to contact the customer support team for plan discussions. Here you have to type a message and click on the "Send Query" button to send the typed message.

When clicking on the "Change" or "Manage Subscription" button, you can view this Current Plan Page. In the Payment Method section, tap on "Add Payment Method".

On Add Payment Method Page, you can enter your card details here and tap on "Add".

Similarly, on the Current Plan Page, in the Billing Information section, you can add your billing details by tapping on "Update Information". Here you can enter your e-mail address, contact number, and tax ID details on this Billing Information Page. Then, save these details.

Now, your card and billing information is updated as shown below. On this Current Plan Page, click on "Update Plan", if you want to modify your current plan.

On the Update Your Plan Page, you can update your Current Plan with monthly and yearly subscriptions by increasing or decreasing the user quantity as explained earlier.

When user quantity is increased, the pricing is shown below and then you should tap on the "Continue" button.

Then, this will take you to the Confirm your updates page and then you should click on "Confirm" to activate the subscribed plan.

Here, you can view the Current Plan Page activated.
